BOP TV is Needed
Black on Purpose Television Network is the largest Black owned streaming Television Network in the world targeting African American consumers. The company aggregates, curates and produces video content created by and for people of color worldwide. The concept was developed in 2009 by company founder and CEO, Michael Campbell. The mission was to build our own broadcast platform that allows positive images free from stereotypes that provides our own seat at the table with no more asking.

We are currently in an age of colonized and urbanized Television. There are companies that have been created to fool and deceive you into believing they are black owned and operated when they really are not. They are in the business of acquiring content that continues to poison our communities around the world.
Solid Leadership and experience
The company founder, Michael Campbell, launched the business to address the needs of an underserved, rapidly growing, and media content hungry audience globally. Mr. Campbell is an accomplished entertainment media industry executive and award winning record producer with over 40 years experience in the entertainment industry. His knowledge spans streaming media, music production, Audio engineering, Composition, Content Creation, Film, Television and other areas of entertainment. His knowledge and experience has earned him numerous gold and platinum record awards and credit for the production of hundreds of music releases generating over $250M in sales. The company's experience is further enhanced by its advisory board and staff, consisting of investors, academic and technology partners and entertainment professionals, which further advances the company’s mission and vision.

BOP TV Provides Training
Our business model transforms former school buildings and other suitable property in black communities across the country. We repurpose these buildings to become our link to communities as well as a broadcast point for creating true and unfiltered news and information. They will house production studios, training and job opportunities in Media, arts and technology. In addition, there will be office space and business co-working & office space. The mission of the company is to provide opportunity where it had not existed.
